Lead Tracker CRM is a product of AIONINNO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using the Lead Tracker CRM mobile application or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Lead Tracker CRM app or related services, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AIONINNO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Services Overview

Lead Tracker CRM is a customer relationship management solution designed to help users manage leads, track calls, and send/receive SMS updates related to lead follow-ups. Features include:

• Lead management and tracking.
• Call tracking for lead follow-up.
• SMS handling for lead updates.
• Reporting and analytics.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use Lead Tracker CRM only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse the app by attempting to gain unauthorized access to its features or data.
• Protect your login credentials and do not share them with others.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Payment and Subscription

• Access to premium features requires a valid subscription.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Permissions Required

To provide its services, Lead Tracker CRM requires permissions for:

• SMS Handling: To send and receive SMS for lead updates.

You agree to grant these permissions when prompted. Disabling these permissions may limit app functionality.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the app or services without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIONINNO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for:

10. Termination
