1. Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Free Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you are encouraged to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. No refunds will be provided for any subscriptions purchased after the free trial period ends.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed, except in cases where:
    • A technical issue or error on our part prevents you from using the service.
    • You were charged incorrectly or for a service you did not subscribe to.
  • Automatic Renewals: If your subscription renews automatically, you may request a refund for the renewal payment within 7 days of the renewal date, provided the service has not been used during that period.
2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription or renewal date.
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, accompanied by evidence (if applicable).
  • The issue was not resolved after contacting our support team at support@leadtracker.com.
3. Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after subscription purchase.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
  • Incompatibility of the app with your device or operating system.
  • Partial use of the subscription period.
